Position
Senior Web Application Developer
Responsibilities
• Produce high quality, well-documented code while demonstrating knowledge of TDD and BDD
• Design new features & improve Ruby on Rails applications
• Deliver software iteratively
Required skills
2+ years experience building web applications using Ruby on Rails or similar frameworks
Distributed version-control system experience with Git & Grit
Unix/Linux system administration experience
Strong written English and good spoken English
Desired skills
Hands-on experience with one of the JavaScript based Rich Internet Application frameworks
Service-Oriented Architecture engineering and implementation experience
Development experience of GNU Makefile on Ubuntu/RedHat Linux, familiar with Android Build system and Apache Ant
Java programming experience and script languages Python, Ruby or Perl
Strong understanding of web standards and modern JavaScript libraries
加上点儿中文的说明：
Ruby, Rails, jQuery/Prototype 是必须熟悉的。
英文读写的能力一定要有，口语可以稍微差一些，但是也不能太差。
