Hi Garfield, he is a nice guy, he has good communication skill and is easy to work with I guess, however, he doesn’t have good sense on answering hard/challenging questions. Limited knowledge on some skills which is required by FW engineer, including database, linux, etc.
Therefore, please close him out politely. Thanks.
